Since the last time we caught up with Jo, she has completed FEMA’s Basic Academy for Emergency Managers. It was the first session held in Oregon. Nationally there are less than 500 graduates for this prestigious course.
It was a phenomenal opportunity for the renowned Pet Guru to learn and collaborate with regional emergency managers from across Oregon and Washington.
