This is our first TV PSA (Public Service Announcement) for the Go Stay Kit. It was created by Cal Kennedy, and voiced by Julie Kennedy at Freedom Film and Video in Medford, Oregon. It’s meant as an educational tool to inform people that they should take emergency preparedness into consideration as part of their daily lives.
You prepare every day, even though you may not realize it. You prepare for work. You prepare for school. You prepare for dinner. But have you given any thought into preparing for an emergency event? You should…because that kind of preparedness will probably save your life, and the lives of your family, friends and neighbors.
Gather important documents and keep them in your Go Stay Kit. Have all of your personal, medical, and legal papers in one place, so you can evacuate without worrying about gathering your family’s critical documents at the last minute.
