Many returning to their homes in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael are now finding it very difficult to rebuild their lives. Victims left in such a hurry they didn’t have time to prepare properly. They only had the clothes on their back and some bottled water.
With their home computers wrecked and most of their personal documents soggy or ruined, it’s impossible sometimes for them to gather together the information they need to rebuild; such as names of medications, family documents, legal papers, contact info, phone numbers and much of the vital personal source material needed to begin again.
