Harvey is now being called a tropical storm. Thankfully, it has been downgraded by the National Weather Service. However, officials warn that although the wind has lessened, there is still plenty of rain on the way. They predict over 20 inches of rainfall in some areas of Texas over the next week.
However, some small Texas coastal towns like Rockport were hit hard by Harvey and suffered much damage.
