We had a great time at the AARP Resiliency and Preparedness Conference this weekend at the Providence Portland Medical Center Amphitheater. Topics of discussion ranged from “How to Develop Your Resiliency” to “Disaster Emergency Preparedness” and even “ Personal Emergency Preparedness.” Justin Ross from Multnomah County was there as well as Joyce Sjoberg the author of “Eldercare 101”. We made a lot of new friends, but more importantly many more people are now aware of the Go Stay Kit and what it can do to help you prepare and add to your resiliency.
