With many of us stuck at home and feeling high levels of stress, it’s easy to turn to the pantry. There are all sorts of reasons people eat: boredom, stress, a treat, and so on. The bottom line is, nearly everyone eats for reasons other than being truly hungry.

Before you nosh, consider your answers to these questions:
  • Am I looking to feel a different emotion right now?
  • Am I eating just because someone else around me is?
  • Am I eating because it’s time to eat?
  • Am I bored? Am I stressed?
  • Am I avoiding something?
