We will play “Animals In Jeopardy,” an interactive game to introduce preparedness for animals, big or small. We’ll also cover animal behavior and communication basics, including what to expect in an emergency. Here we’ll focus on cats and dogs with a little large animal thrown in. Bring stories / suggestions to share!

Unfortunately, neither pets nor livestock can be accommodated at these trainings; while a mix of multimedia and hands-on exercises will be employed, there will be no direct animal handling during this session. That said, all animal-minded individuals are welcome, whether or not you currently have a furry or feathered friend in your life. Please come and bring a (human) friend! Preregistration highly encouraged.
