Earthquake Prep?
A 5.2 earthquake hit southern Calif. today, it triggered hundreds of aftershocks, but caused no major damage. But, the interesting thing is the tweets people sent out, showing how incredibly unprepared we all are.
* I’m scared now great, won’t be able to go back to sleep
* Why does the #earthquake always come while I’m sleeping ,then I have to look on Twitter to make sure it wasn’t a dream
* We held each other, not sure what the next step was. What do we do?
* HELP…what do I take with me?
I think these tweets speak for themselves. As to the state of preparedness that most people find themselves in.
