Thankfully, it seems that Tropical Storm Cindy has lost some of its punch as it made landfall early this morning.
Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, southeast Texas and the Florida Panhandle will be most effected with up to 6-9 inches of rain, and some areas receiving 12 inches. However its not over yet, this amount of rain could still cause life-threatening flash flooding.
The Louisiana National Guard has moved its high-water vehicles and helicopters to be near areas that could flood. FEMA is also moving 125,000 meals & 200,000 liters of water into affected areas.
